Following previous editions in Delft, Edinburgh, Copenhagen and Bergen, the international Underground Hydrogen Storage community will gather in Ghent in 2027 for the 6th International Summer School on Underground Hydrogen Storage.
We are pleased to announce that UGent is participating in IEA Hydrogen Task 53 on Underground Hydrogen Storage Implementation, an international initiative dedicated to advancing large-scale subsurface hydrogen storage and supporting the energy transition.
